Bridge House
This £30m, 28 storey office and residential development will be constructed at the western end of Wellington Street, considered to be one of the major 'gateways' into the city. The current Bridge House is set to be demolished and this tower will have risen in its place by 2006.
Designed by architects Carey Jones this impressive building will feature 200 designer high quality apartments, three office levels and a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor.
