Royal Exchange House has now become the Park Plaza Hotel. The 19 storey 1960's office block is the latest high rise in Leeds to get a makeover and has become a 187 bedroom hotel.
In close proximity to the station and over looking City Square, which itself has been refurbished, this has provided a another modern addition to an increasingly impressive skyline.
